"How do I get paid for my property?"

Unless we agree to other terms, all payments are one-time cash payments in the form of a wire transfer directly to your bank account, or a physical check mailed to your home.

"Is there any cost that I need to pay?"

"What if I have back taxes or HOA fees owed on the property?"
